I love these sorts of events! I think this is a perfect time for people to attend something like this because it’s the new year and it’s always a good idea to set goals for ourselves for health, eating, exercise, etc. for the new year. Plus, after Covid so many people are really interested in living a life that actually makes them HAPPY. People just aren’t as satisfied with settling anymore!
Most definitely Debra. As a result of Covid, many individuals have become more health conscious. As we refocus this year, taking control of our health should be on our list of priorities.
What an awesome seminar you’ve got! I truly believe in your acronym for eight health principles: Nutrition, Exercise, Water, Sunlight, Temperance, Air, Rest, and Trust in God. Everyday I try to be mindful of these 8 principles as I apply them to my everyday life along with my routine.
Building a network where you can be with like-minded individuals as you embark on a an overall new journey for your mind, body and spirit is essential as you can make lifelong friendships.
This is truly great!
Yes, Jenny. I myself am looking forward to building on the knowledge I already have and making improvements with these health principles. It promises to be an amazing one.
