Leadership

Christians who influence others are individuals who lead not just through speech but through their whole life. It is essential that in service one should be able to be a spiritual guide, friend, and mentor. Before we lead we must indeed learn how to follow. Every Leader is a sheep to the supreme shepherd Christ himself. Thus, it is necessary to develop a christlike leadership style.

Every leader needs a contextualized awareness of the population they are serving and the needs that exist. This will provide opportunities where one will be able to bring relevant experiences to the context they live in.

Gone are the days when people accept what is said to be true or what works. We all desire to see leaders working and experiencing change as Christ works through them. It is our desire that you will better model the leadership and character of Christ. It is with spirit-filled servant leadership we are to take up the mantle before us.

Here we seek to provide useful resources that will guide you in growing as a leader as you minister to the cause of Christ.
